What are NZLA reward points?
NZLA rewards customer loyalty with an effective points programme and offers discounts for achieving store goals.
To collect reward points, customers must be logged in to their accounts. This means creating a login for the NZLA website and ensuring you’re logged in when you place your order.
The implementation of NZLA rewards was designed to mitigate shipping expenses for our valued customers, offering a complimentary cost-reduction solution.
How many points do I collect when placing an order?
Points are assigned to your profile at 1 point for every $10 spent (10 points for $100).
Redeeming Points
When logged in to the NZLA website, you can see your points balance by navigating to ‘My Account’ – ‘My NZLA Points.’
During the check-out process, you can redeem your points for money off your order. Every 10 points gives you $2 off.
This works out as a 2% rebate on the value of NZLA products purchased.

What are NZLA Levels?
Along with the NZLA reward points, we also have levels where you can get FREE bonus points when you reach the next level.
NZLA Bronze – Starting Level
NZLA Silver – 25 Bonus Points
NZLA Gold – 25 Bonus Points
NZLA Platinum – 50 Bonus Points
NZLA Black – 250 Bonus Points
Points Expiry
Points expire after 3 years.
