Technology

Iron is a crucial micronutrient that plays a key role in chlorophyll synthesis, directly influencing the green pigmentation of grass. NZLA Iron+ provides 6% iron in a fully soluble liquid form for immediate plant uptake. The Delivery Technology enhances foliar absorption, ensuring efficient nutrient transport. This innovative formula includes natural humectants, extending leaf moisture retention and increasing nutrient availability. Regular use improves lawn vigour, resilience, and colour intensity.

Foliar Application

For best results, apply NZLA Iron+ at a rate of 200-500ml per 100m², diluted in 4-10L of water. Apply evenly using a knapsack sprayer or similar equipment. Adjust water volume to ensure complete leaf coverage without excessive runoff. Suitable for all grass types, including bentgrass, fescue, couch, and ryegrass.

Mixing & Application

Application Timing: Apply every 14-28 days or as required, depending on lawn health and colour needs.

Watering & Mowing: Avoid watering for at least 6 hours post-application to allow proper nutrient absorption. Refrain from mowing for 24 hours after application to prevent nutrient loss.

Iron Deficiency Treatment: If your lawn shows symptoms such as yellowing or poor colour, more frequent applications can help restore health and vibrancy.

Compatibility: NZLA Iron+ is compatible with most liquid fertilisers and turf management products. Always perform a small patch test before full application.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. To prevent crystallisation in colder temperatures, keep in a warm location. If crystallisation occurs, place the bottle in warm water and shake well until fully dissolved. Shake thoroughly before each use to ensure even distribution of nutrients.
